That, my friends, is an illustration of potential tendonitis.
I had more training today! They actually threw us out onto the floor and made us run food to tables. I swear I almost dropped like $40 worth of food all over this little old lady. She kept giving me scared looks whenever I would come around after that. I loved it though! It was really awesome! The people are fun and super nice, and the food....smells...sooo.....good! The only part that was painful...physically..was wearing heels while doing all that running around. Up and down the stairs with 10lbs on either arm gets tough! My feet are RUINED. Also, I found out that they dont pay you for the gruelling 17.5 hour of training you do. . . .
Im a little peeved, but .. what can you do?
I got free lunch today though! I ordered something that I had never tried before, and it was delicious! And seriously, for anyone who has never been before, you need to go and try and crispy mashed potato spring rolls. AMAZING. They are also close to 800 calories though...which brings me to my next BIG change. I decided to become an obsessive calorie counter...but not one of psychos that whines about it all the time. I just realized I need to start watching my diet and I can't be gorging on candy and junk food all the time. And along with exercise, cutting calories in a healthy, monitored manner is the quickest way to cut belly fat!
Today, I have already eaten 2500 calories due to some bad life choices. In the morning, I had a lemon-cranberry scone from Starbucks...and that thing ALONE is 500 calories! Add that to my daily WCM, and BAM, a 900 calorie breakfast! And then I had a lavish lunch, so ...it's not even evening and I am racking up a large tab here... I know that it sounds like I am nit-picking over things I shouldnt worry about, but it is kind of a wake-up call: I had a 900 calorie breakfast. Thats NOT HEALTHY. I just want to be conscious about these things so I dont end up dying of congestive heart failure.
That is all. I need some ice for my feet and a cuddle session with Waffles now. Goodbye!
